Paramore on Grammys 2024 Absence and Historic Win

One day later Paramore took home two trophies at Sunday's 2024 Grammys, with the band taking to social media to comment on their historic win and shed light on their absence from the star-studded ceremony.

The band also commented on their split from Atlantic Records. After their 20-year contract with the label ended in January, Paramore's website was shut down, alarming many fans worried about the group's future. The group later released their version of Talking Heads' hit single “Burning Down the House” as part of an upcoming album. Everyone Gets Involved: A Meaningful Tribute to Talking Heads' Quit tribute album, putting followers at ease.

“Some of you will know That is why was our last album for our contract with Atlantic Records. Completing something well is something to be proud of,” they continued in Monday’s statement. “Thank you to everyone who supported the philosophy of Paramore as much as the music.”
