But this month's list of new purchases by top mutual funds reveals a different set of seven stocks showing magnificent demand.

Microsoft, Meta, and Nvidia stocks all make up this screen that showcases companies that are driving exceptional institutional demand. The list highlights seven stocks with inflows of at least $1 billion from top mutual funds.

In addition to these three Magnificent Seven titles, Uber Technologies (UBER), The righteous Isaac (FICO), Arista Networks (A NET) And Fiserv (FI) are also part of the billion dollar club.

Without exception, Nvdia, Uber, Microsoft, Meta and the other members of this elite club are now trading at or near their all-time highs.

Alphabet (GOOGLE) narrowly missed receiving an invitation to the billion dollar club. These top fund managers have invested a total of $950 million in shares of parent company Google.

In addition to the stocks of the Magnificent Seven, Uber and others mentioned earlier, savvy money managers are once again revealing strong interest in three particular sectors: enterprise software, cybersecurity and semiconductors.

Directed by ServiceNow (NOW), Salesforce.com (RCMP), Dynatrace (D.T.) And Palantir Technologies (PLTR), the business software group has 16 stocks on the new buys list of top mutual funds.

UiPath (PATH), Shopify (SHOP), Cloud Flare (NET), monday.com (MNDY) And DocuSign (DOCU) also come from this group.

As AI and cloud computing raise concerns about network security, four cybersecurity companies are making this screen: Crowd strike (CRWD), Palo Alto Networks (PANW), CyberArk Software (CYBR) And Zscaler (ZS).

Among them, Nvidia, six stocks from the semiconductor sector also registered their name on this list of new purchases of the best mutual funds. This grouping includes ASML (ASML), Broadcom (AVGO) And Rambus (RMBS).
